Acid Flooding System

Introduction

The Acid Flooding System is a specialized laboratory apparatus designed for matrix acidizing studies, acid diversion agent evaluation, and core flooding experiments under simulated reservoir conditions.

The system enables simultaneous fluid injection into multiple core samples with different permeabilities, allowing researchers to evaluate acid distribution, formation damage removal, and fluid flow behavior in porous media.

Designed and manufactured by Petro Pazhouhesh Ahoura Company, this system is developed for advanced laboratory studies in reservoir engineering and enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
 

Advantages

Operation

The system uses a high-pressure injection pump to inject the desired fluid through core samples while controlling back pressure to simulate reservoir conditions.

Three core holders, two back-pressure regulators, and a pressure monitoring system enable accurate analysis of fluid behavior and pressure changes during the experiment.
