Introduction
The Rotating Roller Oven is a specialized laboratory equipment designed to provide uniform temperature conditions and evaluate the thermal behavior and stability of laboratory fluids, particularly drilling fluids, over time.
Continuous rotation of the test cells ensures uniform heat distribution, minimizes temperature gradients, and helps prevent sedimentation during long-term testing.
The Roller Oven is designed and manufactured by PPA Company for controlled thermal aging and laboratory testing of drilling fluids.

Operation
Test cells containing the fluid sample are placed inside the oven and continuously rotated on the rollers. The heating system, circulation fan, and rotating mechanism work together to maintain a stable and uniform thermal environment throughout the test.
The system accommodates four cells with 350 and 500 cc capacities, with cells capable of operating at temperatures up to 160°C and internal pressures up to 200 bar.
